Alice Marie Soulie has an extensive experience in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and Communications. She worked primarily with multinational corporations in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, luxury travel, real estate, and education.

Currently, Alice serves as Head of ESG and DE&I at Multiversity Group and is a member of the Scientific Committee of Unipegaso‘s ESG and DEI Study Center.

She is also a member of the Sustainability Topic Bocconi Alumni team at Bocconi University and a Business Angel with Angels4Impact and Angels4Women, associations that invest in innovative startups with a focus on social and environmental impact.
